Yannick Schellander, PhD student at IGM, gave a presentation entitled "Ultraviolet Photodetectors and Readout Based on a-IGZO Semiconductor Technologyʺ at the SID Display Week 2023 on May 25, 2023 and was awarded the "Distinguished Student Paper Award" together with Marius Winter, Maurice Schamber, Fabian Munkes, Patrick Schalberger, Harald Kuebler, Tilman Pfau and Norbert Fruehauf. The International Symposium took place from 21st to 26 May 2023 in Los Angeles, USA.
